The time is almost here for the BYU MS Asia Pacific Area Conference in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. The BYU MS team in Mongolia is in the middle of making sure of all the last minute preparations. Many others are starting to pack, prepare speeches and to start their travel. We are excited for all of us to meet up in Mongolia.
We wanted to review a few things about what is happening so that everyone is on the same page. If you have any questions or concerns please do let us know.
Tour on May 16th - For the Tour on May 16th we have already sent out the notices but wanted to remind everyone that the bus will pick those up who are coming with us at these two locations and times:
This first pick BZ Church at 9 am: The first pick up will be 9am from the BZ church building, we have sent the address to everyone.
The second pick up Kempinski Hotel 9:10 am: The second pick up will be at 9.10 from the Kempinski Hotel, Please be in the lobby at 9:00 am.
Friday May 17th -
8:30 am in Room 301 will be the BYU MS Asia Pacific Training Meeting. All Chapter heads, and Chapter Board members are required to attend. Each chapter is to prepare a short presentation lasting about 8 mins long on what their chapters have accomplished and to share their chapter goals.
8:00 am also at the church building, the Church Service Center has arranged for the other participants to go out to see the BYU Ger Project. We have given them a list of who will be going. If you are not sure which meeting you are to attend, please check.
11:00 am the Conference will start. Please plan to be there on time. For more information on the schedule please check out the schedule on this website on the schedules page or the link below.
7 pm on Friday night all those that have an VIP invitation, there is a VIP dinner at the Kempinski Hotel.
Saturday May 18th -
The conference will start promptly at 9 am and will go throughout the day.
